Training is important. In fact, the first goal you can set yourself in advance of your therapy session is to some useful information. Your hypnotherapist will want understand as much as possible about how you experience your problem. If so, maybe you have the belief that you can attain earth and are thus more most likely to set a lot higher goal than the softly, softly type of personality.
Your other goals
Do you other goals in life that is going to influence your therapy goal? For example, for people with a flying phobia, you may have the ultimate goal of going abroad on any holiday. That ultimate goal deter- mines that your therapy goal is to feel fine and comfortable on an airplane. On the other hand, if your aim is if you wish to meet friends, family, or work colleagues with an airport, then your therapy goal may very well be to feel awesome.
